Marist Learning Zone Opens Doors to Students
Marist learning Zone now operates each school day, accepting students who have difficulty attending school. Currently we have six students. Through regular contact with their schools, families and counsellor/case worker, we are able to assist them both in understanding the issues keeping them from school and in keeping up with their school subjects. Our aim is to assist our students to return to the mainstream classroom or to follow other pathways to further education or employment. Students attend MLZ for as long as is necessary to achieve this.
